Prenatal Yoga
This calm and peaceful practice is geared toward relieving common physical discomforts experienced during pregnancy. Experience the benefits of guided visualization, meditation and breathwork to draw upon during birth and new motherhood. In addition, carving time out of your day for yoga creates the space necessary to prepare mentally and emotionally for motherhood. And doing so specifically in a prenatal yoga class helps you build community with other women who are in the same stage of life.
