Mom and Baby Yoga
Regain strength and energy, bond with your baby, and rest and rejuvenate in a nurturing community of new moms. We will focus on alleviating some of the common physical discomforts of new motherhood, learn techniques to help soothe your baby, and build skills that help you calm your mind and be present with your child. For moms with babies 6 weeks – crawling. Please contact me if you have any questions.
